QUINCY O.C.C.
The Quincy OCC gets its name from a late-twentieth century TV show about a medical examiner. Some 'punk called his streetdoc Quincy one day, and it stuck. Soon every streetdoc was being called Quincy. About half are honest and genuinely care about the less priveliged and provide medical care for them, financed by illegal cyber- or genetic enhancements. The other half are in it strictly for the money.
Attribute Requirements:
