The newsie is basically an investigative reporter. I have based this OCC on the Investigative Reporter OCC from Macross II RPG. Obviously some changes have been made to fit this OCC into Metroplex. Most tend to be like Jerry Springer or Geraldo Rivera, the annoying pushy showboaters.
Attribute Requirements:
Minimum IQ of 11, ME of 8. A high MA is useful for getting information from sources and witnesses.
